Our lambs are born a mile away at Bonnieview Farm, a neighbor’s sheep milk dairy. We bring the lambs home and hand raise them from just a few days old on whole milk until they are weaned and old enough to forage on pastures. Lambs are comical, curious and affectionate. They enjoy the comradery of their flock mates and our attention as we tend to their well-being daily. They are kept clean, dry and comfortable as they graze lush grasses all summer long.
Our naturally grown, grass fed lamb is healthy, nutritious, and delicious.

Note: the finished cut weight will be about fifteen percent less than the hanging weight, depending on how much bone and fat is discarded by the butcher. Lamb size will vary but a typical lamb costs $300-360. It yields about 38-45 pounds of usable cuts and requires about 1 cubic feet of freezer space.
When you order a whole lamb, you get to decide exactly how you want the butcher to cut and package your meat. Before your butchering date, we will need you to download our butcher’s lamb cut sheet fill it out, and send it to us.
