Vermont pasture-raised pork

Our pigs are raised loose in group housing where they enjoy socializing with the herd.  They have a barn and plenty of hay to keep warm in during winter and acres of grassy pasture to enjoy in the summer, complete with a pig wallow to cool off in on those hot summer days.  Happy pigs make the best pigs and we are sure we provide the best for their well-being.  As a result our pork is tender, juicy and flavorful, fresh off the farm.

Bulk Ordering Options:

Side of Pork, USDA Custom Cut: $4.00 per pound (hanging weight)
To order contact Mark Rodgers:

Note: the finished cut weight will be 30-40 percent less than hanging weight, depending on how much bone and fat is discarded by the butcher. A typical side of pork costs about $450. It yields about 70 pounds of usable cuts and requires about 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space.  When you order a whole side of pork, you get to decide exactly how you want the butcher to cut and package your meat. Before your butchering date, we will need you to download our butcher’s pork cut sheet, fill it out, and send it to us.

**A deposit of $100 for a half or $200 for a whole pig is required with each order. Balance is due at pickup.
